Terms of Service

Last updated: October 23, 2026

DMEReady is a practice tool that lets you rehearse your FAA A&P oral exam out loud with an AI examiner and get a report afterwards. These terms explain, in plain language, what you can expect from us and what we ask of you. By creating an account, starting a session, or buying a pass, you agree to them.

DMEReady is operated by Smart Hub LLC ("we", "us"). Questions about these terms: hello@dmeready.com.

What DMEReady is, and isn't

Your account

Free drills

You can try DMEReady with a short free drill before buying anything, with or without an account. Free drills are limited per person and per device so that everyone gets a fair try. We may change the free allowance at any time.

Passes and payment

Fair use

A pass gives you unlimited practice for normal personal use. To keep the service fast and affordable for everyone, we cap very heavy use at roughly three full-length orals' worth of practice per day. If you hit the cap, you can continue the next day. Automated use, scraping, or reselling access is not allowed.

Refunds and extensions

Using DMEReady responsibly

Please don't:

If you do, we may suspend or close your account. If we close an account for abuse, no refund is owed.

Your content

What you say in a session is yours. You give us permission to turn it into text, build your report from it, and use it to run and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not store your session audio. Everything else on DMEReady (questions, examiner voice and text, reports' wording, design, code) belongs to Smart Hub LLC or its licensors.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep DMEReady up, but it depends on third-party services (voice, hosting, payments) and may occasionally be unavailable. We may change or discontinue features. If we ever shut the service down while you hold an active pass, we will refund the unused part.

Limits of our responsibility

DMEReady is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the outcome of your exam or any costs related to it. Our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If something goes wrong, please email us first; most issues are solved in a message or two. Any dispute that can't be resolved that way will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. If a change matters to existing pass holders, we will also tell you by email. Continuing to use DMEReady after a change means you accept the new terms.
